We now offer Spanish groups! Community Members can now join member-led groups hosted entirely in Spanish. It's one more way to make sure support feels close to home, in the language that feels most natural to you.

What’s New?

• Member-Led Spanish Groups: You can now find and join groups hosted entirely in Spanish.

• Language Filters: Easily toggle between English and Spanish when searching for your next session.

• Localized Topics: Explore our support categories translated specifically for our Spanish-speaking community.

How it Works

Want to find a Spanish-speaking group?

• Head over to the Support Groups page.

• Tap the Filters button.

• Select Languages and check the box for Español.

• To browse specific topics in Spanish, visit our Temas de Grupos de Apoyo page.

Ready to host your own session in Spanish?

When you create a group, simply:

• Look for the Group Language setting.

• Switch the option to Español.

• Fill out your group details, and you're ready to go!
