New pricing is too expensive / Hosts should receive free access

The new pricing structure is a slap in the face and so many great people have left the platform because of it. The "cheapest" paid option at $25/month is incredibly expensive for many people, especially considering the platform is targeted towards people who are struggling with their mental and/or physical health, and therefore may be working fewer hours or aren't able to work at all. People struggling financially should be able to access an affordable option (or a free option that is better than 4 groups/month). The new pricing structure feels discriminatory .  My suggestion would be to either have the free membership include more than 4 groups/month, or to have another tier at $5-10/month that includes unlimited groups but no workshops or a limited number. This would feel more inclusive. Additionally, there is a complete lack of meaningful incentives for hosts, who contribute substantial time and effort as unpaid volunteers. Currently I am hosting for free AND I have to pay $25/month if I want to join other groups. Hosts should be provided free, unlimited access to groups at the very least.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. We hear the interest in a lower-cost membership option and it’s something we’re continuing to think through as we evaluate memberships over the coming months. Nothing new to share right now, but we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We did just launch the Access Fund for peers facing financial hardship and barriers to our membership. You can take a look here and apply: https://sharewellnow.com/access-fund. We hope this helps.
