While the sessions would be a great way to get info, it's also possible to become a host without that. https://sharewellnow.com/host?tab=resources has a link to the host training which you can take at any time, there's a lot of good stuff there. I hope someone is able to answer your questions about the sessions but just wanted to let you know about the resources in case you weren't aware.
