Being able to opt out of session time changes

I was signed up for a body-doubling session from 5:30P-7:00P and a music listening session that started at 7:00P. The host of the music listening session made a last-minute change from 7:00P to 6:30P. Because I didn't notice this change, I was locked out of signing up for something else after the body doubling session. I know that these types of things have always been a weird loophole. You may want to consider allowing us to opt out of time changes at the profile level. And by opt-out, if the host changes the date/time of a session, we can opt to be auto-removed from the session.
